Hello and Congratulations,

My Names Mark Chapman. I’m 29 Years Old, I’m Dyselxic and I live in the UK. I left School with no Education and had clue on how to make Money. I’ve nearly been Bankrupt at the tender Age of 23 !  ( Best lesson I’ve ever learnt ) An yet over the last 3 Years I’ve managed to Build a Multi-Million Pound Property Portfolio starting with no Money and ZERO Experience and if your interested I can Show you how you can do the same for FREE.

This Page is my attempt to give something back. When I was looking for a way to make Money I spent  a small Fortune. I also spent hours a Day that ran into Months searching the Web for Help. What I found was a bunch of People willing to help me, Only if I sent them my Credit Card Details. In the begining I bought up all the Courses. Read all the Book’s which took me forever becasue I’am indeed Dyslexic ! But their seemed to all have something in commom.

The book’s and Seminars would only go so far. They always always left out Key information. I think this is done so that you have to Buy the expensive $10,000 Seminar only to be Sold some crappy Off Plan Property deal no TRUE Investor would EVER touch.

Anyway, That was my Experience and I know from Talking to Friends they have also gone through this BIG LIE ! I don’t want to slag anyone off within my Page. Thats not why I’m doing this, Infact in some ways I’m really happy thats the case, Because this is the single reason why I’m Writing to you now.

I promised that once I had some spare Time I would LOVE to help others to Learn what cost me a Fortune to Learn and to help People/You to avoid all the mistakes I’ve made. No one is Perfect and I’m no exception to the Rule. But I have done well from Property Investing the Dyslexic way and I’m going to help you do the same.

 Here are just a few examples for what I’ve achived. This is in NO WAY meant to impress you. It’s just more to impress upon you that I know what I’m doing and I actually walk the walk.

 * I’ve Invested £161 and returned a Staggering £218,000 and it only took me about 4 Hours to do !

* I’ve bought Property for only £30,000 and it’s true open Market Value was £110,000 !

* I’ve even had a Tenant Pay Thousands of Pounds to put Full Double Glazing Windows in my Property increasing it’s Value for me !

 And I did all this in the middle of the Property Boom in the UK using NONE of my own Money  ” Impossible I hear you cry “ ? Well I thought so too. However, I had a chance Meeting with a fellow that changed my Life. After only ONE DAY he’d taught me the Secrets of Buying Property well below it’s true Market Value and this is what I’m going to Show you.

But first let me get something out of the way now. I warn you this isn’t for everyone. Becoming a Landlord is a serious Business. You might not be cut out for this ? If not then thats fine. I tend to call the get poor quick schemes because all that tends to happen is you lose your hard earned Money FAST !

Now, I don’t mean 8 hours Shifts or carrying around heavy things all day or digging holes in the ground ! That is real hardwork. No, But you will have to spend some of your Time Learning the different steps and putting inplace the things you need to do to make this the most rewarding Life changing experince for you and your Family.

Well, I’m not the best person in the World for Writing or Reading so please forgive any spelling mistakes lol which means I’m going to be Teaching you using Videos on this Page. Each Video is going to be a Step by step hold your hand every inch kinda situation. Nothing will be left out I promise. After each Video I’d welcome any questions and comments so that I can help you understand what I was Teaching in the explantion Video. Once you have fully understood we can move on to the next Stage.

Interms of how long will this all take ? I had done my first ever Deal within 3 weeks of finding out these amazing Invesment Secrets. Now some of you maybe faster than me. Others may take longer. But the point is I’m going to be here for you. I have all the right contacts for People who live within the UK and I can try and advise you on the right types of People you’ll need should you live elsewhere.

I have a Vision for this Site and its very simple. To Teach People how to Buy true below Market Value Property and help them on there way to Financial Freedom holding NOTHING back.
